  1. I went to a wedding last year where the best man was telling a very inappropriate speech about the bride and the only people who were listening were the under 10s who then spent the rest of the evening re telling the stories!!

  2. My friend had a ‘hippy’ wedding – she went off and got married early morning in a reg office, then at lunchtime had a big blessing with all family and friends in a marquee in a country pub garden. It was a lovely day/evening, with a barn dance. She married in Evesham and hired a group of 10 holiday cottages for the guests to stay in (she married over the August bank holiday). We were all there from the Fri night to the Mon morning. On her wedding night after we left the pub we had a BBQ, and she was barbequing sausages in a mens hoody over her wedding dress, whilst we had a sing along with someone playing a guitar. They spent their first evening as husband and wife in a vw camper van in the car park of the cottages. It was a lovely relaxed and fun weekend!

  3. Seeing my dad walk my sister down the isle. He was the proudest man around. Sadly he is no longer with us. But happy he got to do what every man who has a daughter is so proud to do.x

  4. oooo i love weddings and have been to many great ones, i always love to see the first dance, i am planning my sisters wedding at the moment for next year so would love to win this prize :)

  5. My sister and her new hubby did the ice-bucket challenge at the end of their wedding reception- can’t say I’ve seen that at a wedding before!!

  6. I got married 6 weeks ago. It was truly the best day of our lives, we had a small wedding surrounded by our closest friends and family. Our wedding was in a gorgeous 15 bedded mansion house so all our guests stayed over, we partied till the early hours and had an absolute ball. I am still on a high and would love to win this prize for a close friend who is getting married next year as a thank you for all her help and support in the run up to our special day x

  7. My best wedding moment was when my grandad got remarried and I was a young flower girl and I threw a paddy and threw my bouquet on the floor and then stamped on them..havent been invited to any weddings since lol apart from my mums next year and of course my own in a few years time, I think I will have outgrown my stamping on flowers phase by then!!

  8. I think it was blubbing all the way through my brothers wedding it was so beautiful, i’m getting married on august the 16th and hoping me wedding can be just as beautiful

  9. I am currently planning my wedding for 2015. My best moment so far was finaly choosing my beautiful dress, me and my bridesmaids had a wonderful day out.
But the best is yet to come, when I get to marry my amazing Husband to be :)

  10. Best wedding moment iv seen was at my next door neighbours wedding a few years ago. After the ceremony we all went outside to have the pictures taken in the sun and waiting for us was a set of space hoppers. Great fun having races including the bride in full dress and veil. Fantastic pictures and a wedding i will never forget. Still brings a smile to my face when i think about it :)
